2. Prevention and Improvement Program: Use QC7 to analyze the big data of the problem points in production, find out the root causes, formulate countermeasures and implement improvement and prevention.
3. Statistical analysis of defective products: periodically analyze the defective data to find improvement measures to improve product pass-through rate and finished product rate.
4. Perfect quality system: Establish management norms and record documents according to IS0 9001 standards and regularly review and improve them.
